at exotish, the security and protection of our customer's personal information is our top priority.  we never sell, rent or trade your e-mail address to other companies.

what we collect from you
in order to process your order, all we need is your full name, home address, phone number and an e-mail address.  we do not have access to your financial information as that is taken care by paypal through their secure payment gateway.

after placing your order
after you make a purchase, we will send confirmation e-mail about your order you just placed with us.  we may also contact you by phone or postal mail if we have any questions regarding your order.

refund policy
we offer 30 days money back gurantee from the date of purchase, with original receipt, minus shipping cost.  a refund will only be issued when the item is received in it's original condition with tags attached, shows no signs of wear or demage and returned with original box/packing. we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
*please note: shipping cost will only be refunded if we are at fault.

please fully insure your package before shipping back to us, with signiture confirmation.

fedex and ups will not insure pakage over $500.00, please use united states postal service (usps) registered mail  if the value is more than $500.00

taxes
7.5% sales tax applies to new york state residents.

shipping
your order will be inspected, securely packed and shipped by united states postal service (usps) with signiture confirmation.

shipping to apo & fpo addresses
due to apo & fpo orders being processed through the military postal service, your package may take a bit more time to arrive.  we cannot specify a delivery date.  shipment to apo & fpo also cannot be tracked online because of security reasons.  apo & fpo customers however can check with thier service to find out the exact status of shipment.

international shipping
orders are sent via (usps) united states postal service first class mail with signiture confirmation.  customers will be responsible for any duties, vat, taxes and surcharges lavied by their country.  please check with local authorities prior to placing your order.  shipping times can be 15 to 30  business days from the date of shipment.  please be advised, sometimes a package can be held up in customs for days causing some delays.

all of our art work displayed at exotish.com, we do our best to capture the exact image as accurately as possible. some of the items made with natural gem stones may carry variations of unique markings artistically left by mother nature, unless specifically stated "flawless" inclusions may vary as with all natural stones.
